Songs We Have Pulled

The following songs have been pulled from our list and should be removed from your binders...which will make them lighter, yay!

• We Need a Little Christmas/Mr. Santa
• Oh Come, All Ye Faithful
• A Family Christmas Spectacular
• Nativity
• And the Angels Sang

Remember to work hard on "Sing We Now of Christmas." If it isn't much improved, we will have to pull that one too.

Rehearsal This Thursday

Hi Chorus,

In case you didn't get Cory's email, we will be having rehearsal as usual on Thursday, November 1st. Cory's business trip was canceled because of hurricane Sandy. Please come Thursday. There will not be a rehearsal on Sunday the 4th of Nov.

Halloween Party Fun

We had a great time at the Halloween party on Saturday! My feet still hurt from running around a circle of chairs in high heels. We will long remember all the places Brother Nufer's "never been," and boy, did we learn a lot about Joe! I want to write your life story, Joe. Thank you to all those who brought the yummy food we ate. We missed those of you who couldn't be there.

Halloween Party Assignments

Hi Chorus! We're looking forward to our Halloween party on Saturday. Be sure to wear a costume. So far, we've had sign-ups for the following items:

Congratulations, Sopranos!

After a two week break, we had the best rehearsal we've had in quite some time. Cory even used the word, "glimmer" at one point. Let's keep up the good, hard work!

This evening the Stunning Section award went to the Soprano section. Congratulations ladies! Let's see if we can keep it!

Gremlins in the Blog Design

Hi Group,

I used to have a really cute music-themed background on this blog. It's not working anymore for some reason. I am trying to figure out what the problem is, and eventually I will fix it, even if I have to create my own background in order to do it. Your patience is appreciated.

Congratulations Basses!

The bass section is the first recipient of the coveted "Stunning Section" award. They showed great improvement at Sunday's rehearsal over the previous rehearsal.

Congratulations basses! Now, we all have three more days to try and take it from them at our next rehearsal, so practice, practice, practice!
